Aidyn is out for a year, he split his knee again and his doctor has told him he can't do PK for a year.

We hope you make a full recovery.

GOOD START

SAPK's first meeting on wednesday went really well, a lot showed up and SAPK would like to welcome 3 new members, Andrew, Robbie and Ben to the team(there profile will be up soon).

PARKOUR 2007

To all S.A.P.K members and all those interested in joining we are starting up on Wednesday 24th of January at 4pm at the Council car park in St Andrews. All are expected to come as photos will be taken for the site.

MEDIC!!!

Poor Aidyn has put himself out of comission for a few weeks after a vault over a fence went wrong and he split his knee open. He was given 12 stitches for it, but as always this has not wavered him and he is eager to return.

All the best, get well soon.

THE NEW YEAR HAS BEGUN

And it's going to be a good one.

This year SAPK is hoping to venture down to Edinburgh a few times and partake in some workshops running there and hit the hotspots. And will also be tearing it up in Tayport, Dundee and of course St Andrews.

Stuart also intends to make his Pilgrimage to Lisses this year to improve his skills.

SAPK is also juggling with the idea of heading to London and Glasgow but at this time is not confirmed.
